There are a couple easy ways to do this,

1. View candidate application and use the Move Stage function to advance or disqualify a candidate.

2.Decide what action you want to take with each candidate. You can move the candidate into one of four decisions; 1. No Decision Yet, 2. Ready, but Waiting, 3. Move to the Interview Stage, 4. Disqualify

2. Use the candidate view found in the Opportunities section and click and drag the candidate into either the new interview stage or into the disqualified bucket.
