Candidate information is shared once there is a match with an open opportunity. Companies can see the candidates; 3 Exceptional Abilities, Trust score, willingness to relocate, type of employment desired whether full time or part time, available workdays, industries experience, languages, type of compensation (whether salary or hourly), Badges, Career Passport, Education, Skills and Accomplishments, Links to Social

We do not share the exact compensation desired by the candidate. Candidate and company compensation is used in the matching criteria.
